Plain-language baseline terms for using Truehook. These should be reviewed by counsel before commercial launch.

Account responsibility

Keep credentials secure, use accurate registration information, and promptly revoke keys that may be exposed.

Do not use Truehook to deliver unlawful, abusive, deceptive, malicious, or unsolicited content, or to interfere with third-party systems.

You remain responsible for the payloads and destinations you configure, including having the rights and notices necessary to process that data.

Features and limits may evolve. Material commercial changes should be communicated before they take effect.

Unless a separate written agreement applies, public reliability figures are product targets rather than contractual service-level guarantees.
